General Administration – Job Summary
1. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare monthly reports on the number of Chinese employees and submit them to Head Office.
Prepare monthly Time Attendance reports for Chinese employees and submit to Head Office.
Prepare and manage various documents and reports such as official letters, correspondence, meeting minutes, invoices, and legal documents (e.g. Power of Attorney).
2. Expense & Basic Accounting Support
Prepare documentation for food and beverage expenses for Chinese employees.
Compile and submit monthly expense bills to the Accounting Department.
Maintain basic financial records and data entry.
3. Executive Support
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Executive Director and management team.
Arrange and facilitate visits of Chinese executives for meetings or business activities.
Coordinate hotel bookings and related arrangements for management and Chinese executives.
4. HR Coordination
Support HR reporting and provide required information to Head Office HR and HR Manager in Thailand.
5. General Office Administration
Maintain and organize office documents and administrative records.
Procure office supplies and ensure smooth daily administrative operations.
6. Government Liaison
Prepare and coordinate documentation with the Department of Land Transport and the Department of Energy Business.
Handle annual tax matters, compulsory motor insurance, license renewals, and other related official documents.
