Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models (Architectural, Structural, MEP) for design and construction phases.
- Coordinate BIM processes across project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Conduct clash detection, model checking, and ensure data accuracy in BIM models.
- Support project managers and engineers by providing 3D visualizations, drawings, and quantity take-offs from BIM.
- Ensure BIM execution plans (BEP) are followed according to project requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
- Liaise with design and construction teams to resolve modeling or coordination issues.
- Prepare and maintain BIM documentation, standards, and workflows in compliance with company and client requirements.
- Support digital construction initiatives such as 4D scheduling and 5D cost estimation if applicable.
Qualifications
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in BIM modeling and coordination in construction projects.
- Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related tools.
- Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Good command of English (spoken & written).
