Responsibilities
TheCommercial Officer plays a key role in contract management, compliance management, costcontrol, progress payments, and coordination with subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of large-scale construction, projects, particularly those led by Chinese companies. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail,
and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
KeyResponsibilities:
1.Prepare, review, andmanagebilingual (Thai-Chinese-English) contract as well as progress claims and variation orders;
2.Coordinate among construction teams, procurement, finance, and subcontractors;
3.Support due diligence investigation and compliance management;
4.Track contract performance and report commercial status tomanagement;
5.Attend meetings and assist with translation/interpreting between Thai-Chinese-English when necessary;
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Law, orarelated field;
2.Minimum of 1 years of experience in commercial or contract roles within the construction industry;
3.Experience working with Chinese contractors or on Chinese-led projects is highly preferred;
4.Familiarity with Thai contract standards is highly preferred;
5.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
6.Proficient in using Chinese and English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities;trilingual ability is a strong asset.
