Senior Procurement Engineer (Construction Project) - บริษัท ซีเอชอีซี (ไทย) จำกัด

• Develop, evaluate, and maintain local supplier networks, ensuring stable and cost-effective supply channels

• Conduct supplier sourcing, RFQ/RFP, cost analysis, commercial negotiation, and contract finalization

• Manage procurement schedules, delivery timelines, quality compliance, and payment coordination

• Optimize procurement costs, improve sourcing strategies, and enhance supply chain efficiency

• Coordinate with project teams, engineering departments to ensure smooth execution

• Evaluate supplier performance, manage risks, and resolve procurement disputes

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and local Thai laws and regulations

• Provide guidance and support to junior procurement staff when required

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, EPC, or engineering projects

• Strong local supplier resources and market knowledge in Thailand

• Proven experience in supplier negotiation, cost control, and contract management

• Solid understanding of engineering materials and construction-related procurement (steel, cement, MEP, equipment, subcontracting, etc.)

• Proficient in MS office and procurement tools

• Able to work under project deadlines and travel to job sites when required.

• Fluent in Thai,and Chinese or English as a working language
