Logistics Engineer (English or Chinese speaking) - บริษัท ซีเอชอีซี (ไทย) จำกัด

• Design, develop, and optimize logistics solutions for domestic and international shipments.

• Coordinate transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery activities.

• Manage logistics service providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers.

• Monitor logistics costs, delivery schedules, and operational KPIs to improve efficiency.

• Develop transportation plans for oversized, heavy-lift, and project cargo shipments.

• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.

• Collaborate with procurement, project, engineering, and finance teams to support project execution.

• Conduct logistics risk assessments and develop contingency plans.

• Analyze logistics data and prepare reports to support management decision-making.

• Support contract negotiations with logistics vendors and service providers.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes and supply chain operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or project logistics.

• Strong knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms), customs clearance procedures, and transportation management.

• Experience managing ocean freight, air freight, and multimodal transportation.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional proficiency in English or Chinese; additional language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EPC, construction, data center, energy, or infrastructure projects.

• Knowledge of TISI、FORM E、 BOI import procedures, bonded warehouse operations, and duty exemption programs.

• Experience handling oversized cargo, modular equipment, or international project logistics.
