Responsibilities

  • Visit and present Battery Monitoring System (BMS) solutions to corporate clients, data centers, hospitals, industrial plants, and infrastructure projects
  • Identify customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions
  • Provide customer support during and after sales in coordination with engineers/technical teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and continuously expand new accounts
  • Monitor and achieve assigned sales targets, and report progress to management
  • Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as quotations, purchase orders, contracts, customer follow-up reports and project documentation
  • Coordinate internally with the sales team in overseas and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Follow up on delivery schedules and coordinate with teams
  • Handle other administrative tasks related to the sales function, including client appointment scheduling, meeting arrangements, and presentation preparation
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity and performance reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Arts, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Former Sales or Technician/Engineer/Technical Support experience in Battery, UPS, Power Backup, or Data Center Infrastructure solutions more than 3 years would be given special consideration.
  • Background knowledge in battery systems, UPS, and data center infrastructure is considered a strong advantage for selling BMS solutions. Even without prior background knowledge, having a strong passion for learning can also be highly valuable.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Having a friendly personality, being cheerful, making an effort to understand others, and being both a good listener and a good communicator would also be highly beneficial for the job.
  • Good administrative and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • English communication skills required; Chinese language proficiency is an advantage. A TOEIC score of 650 or above, or HSK Level 4 or above. (The role requires communication in either English or Chinese. Native-level fluency is not required; however, candidates should be able to communicate effectively, understand conversations, and use at least one of the languages confidently in a working environment.)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Able to work on-site and visit clients regularly
  • Preferable age 22-35 years old
