Accounting

1. Oversee the preparation of the hospital's income, expenditure, and financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in accordance with TFRS.

2. Oversee the monthly/quarterly/yearly closing of accounts and prepare financial reports for submission to management and relevant departments.

3. Review and approve accounting records such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and other accounting adjustments.

4. Coordinate with external auditors and internal audit departments.

5. Oversee tax matters such as withholding tax, VAT, PND. 50, PND. 51, and submit tax returns on time.

Finance

6. Manage the hospital's cash flow management to ensure sufficient working capital.

7. Plan and control budget expenditures efficiently. and in accordance with the hospital's business plan.

8. Verify the accuracy of disbursements, salary payments, medical expenses, and other expenses.

9. Maintain relationships with banks and financial service providers, and manage loan and credit limits.

10. Prepare financial analysis reports to support management decision-making.

Management

11. Plan and develop accounting and finance teams to ensure they are knowledgeable, skilled, and maintain professional standards.

12. Control work processes and develop the ERP system/accounting program for maximum efficiency.

13. Work with other departments, such as the medical records department and marketing department, to assess service costs and determine medical service pricing.

14. Examine the hospital's financial risks and propose preventative measures.

15. Set up work systems and develop policies, procedures, and documents aligned with the system in preparation for the hospital's opening.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Accounting (CPA qualifications will be given special consideration).

• Experience: At least 7-10 years in accounting/finance, and 3 years at the management level, preferably in the hospital business. or large service organizations

• Specific Skills:

o Knowledge of TFRS accounting standards and tax laws

o Ability to use ERP/HIS/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Express

o Ability to analyze financial statements and prepare budgets/forecasts

o Understanding of medical service costs, such as COGS per treatment

• General Skills:

o Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

o Attention-to-detail, professional ethics, and resistance to pressure
