Responsibilities
- Sourcing and selecting new suppliers
- Handling price negotiations
- Overseas purchasing and coordination with suppliers.
- Procurement products related to paper packaging, Plastic packaging and other materials related packaging.
- Preparing documents for import/export customs clearance process
- Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary with Warehouse Team
- Coordinated with team to estimate and monitor the inventory control to meet the sale demand
- Monitoring shipping costs to ensure that they are within budget guidelines.
- Preparing weekly or monthly reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in packaging, chemicals or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Buyer, Purchasing.
- Have an experience in Cosmetic and OEM factory will be a plus.
- Good command of English is essential.
- Strong in sourcing products with suppliers.
- Being honest and loving learning.
- Experience in SAP systems is an advantage.
