Sales Executive - Search Talent Employment Agency

• Present and sell built-in furniture and interior solutions to customers
• Provide professional consultation on interior design, space planning, and functionality
• Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and project scope
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure project feasibility and execution
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimations
• Follow up with clients and close sales effectively
• Manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1–3 years of experience in sales
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and service-minded
• Own transportation is preferred (for site visits)
