Responsibilities

  • Pro-active sales responsibility for development of a predefined customer portfolio
  • Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Consultative selling, technical solution / consultation of products through regular virtual visits, utilizing video/telephone or digitalize, to enrich turnover/market share
  • Build trust and develop in-depth understanding of customer’s profile, applications, needs, and requirements.
  • Assess of customer needs and presents the features and benefits of product/service offerings to existing/new customers.
  • Develop necessary levels of knowledge regarding decision makers and requirement of focus customers.
  • Achieve milestone targets with customers.
  • Ensures that the customer data are correct and kept up-to-date in the information systems used by CRM (Kintone)
  • Engages in contract renewals, price negotiation, and volume discounts for customer retention and continued business
  • Provides reports on all relevant activities and developments relating to its customer groups
  • Creates of an overall action plan to ensure achievement of targets
  • Develop proactive action plans on the defined KPIs and targets, in consultation with manager and director
  • Development of competitive advantage with focus on process efficiency and customer benefits.
  • Identify and verify future trends of customers and secure to updated of information to the company.
  • Support the market development through identification of additional business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Bachelor of Electrical/Mechatronics, Marketing or other related fields
  • Welcome for the fresh graduate.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good in computer skills such as Microsoft office, internal Sales platforms.
  • Strong performance and problem-solving orientation.
  • Openness and Flexibility.
  • Customer orientated and analytically strong.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Pro-Active attitude.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Result-driven and self-motivated.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Engineering/Technical products background and/or first sales experience.
  • Experience in direct handling of customers, ideal in a virtual / digital environment approach
  • Ideally experiences in Automotive / Electrical industry.
  • Have an own car & driving license.
  • Able to travel upcountry.
