Responsibilities
• Manage Shopee, Lazada and line accounts end-to-end: product listings, pricing, promotions, ads, customer chat, and order coordination
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Create and schedule social media content (photography, short-form video, captions) for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Manage TikTok Shop listings and coordinate live or promotional activity when relevant
• Handle all customer inquiries and after-sales communication across LINE, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
• Monitor and report weekly performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the roasting and production team on stock levels, packaging timelines, and fulfillment
• Assist with updating product information, photography, and packaging copy across all channels
Qualifications
• Proven experience managing Shopee and/or Lazada seller accounts (please provide examples or store links in your application)
• Demonstrated ability to run and optimise paid ads on at least three of the following: Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads
• Competent written English
• Proficient in Canva or equivalent design tools for creating marketing materials
• Video editing skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple platforms independently
• Excellent customer service instincts with a professional, friendly communication style
• Thai national based in Bangkok
• Photography skills — product and lifestyle shots for coffee content
• Genuine interest in or experience with coffee, food and beverage, or lifestyle brands
• Track record of growing a Shopee or Lazada store from low to significant monthly volume
• Experience with TikTok Shop or LINE
• Basic bookkeeping or familiarity with sales reporting
