Responsibilities

1. Draft and review various contracts and legal documents.
2. Provide legal advice to various functional and business departments.
3. Provide legal support for company management, labor compliance, etc.
4. Monitor and Collect laws and policies related to the company's business.
5. Provide legal training to company employees.
6. Support external lawyer in handling potential or actual litigation/arbitration cases.
7. Handle other legal affairs as required.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Law from reputable university in China or Thailand.
  2. Experience 2 years of more of work experience in a Law firm or in corporate legal affairs.
  3. Be able to use English and Thai, or Chinese and Thai, as working language.
  4. Have a high sense of responsibility and execution, good communication and coordination skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.
  5. Priority given to someone who has obtained a Lawyer’s License or is a member of the Thai Bar Association
  6. Good command in Chinese or English (Including listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
