Responsibilities

  1. Request quotations from vendors
  2. Place purchase orders with manufacturers in time
  3. Organize, verify, and accurately record financial paperwork (invoice, tax invoice) of purchasing dept.
  4. Coordinate customs declaration processes (import/export documents)
  5. Manage and maintain supplier information, including communication and coordination

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2. Prior experience in procurement, finance, or material control is a plus.
3. Fluency in English or Chinese (written and spoken).
