Responsibilities
o Recruiting candidates within a timeframe for continued business productivity
o Advertising job availability through online channels and other media
o Browsing social networking sites like LinkedIn for suitable job profiles with required skills
o Networking with industry professionals and employment agencies who may know suitable candidates
o Perform candidate sourcing, phone screening, and shortlist candidate profiles that match with requirements
o Performing other assessments of job candidates' skills, such as by giving a written testมPractical test etc.
o Recruiting internship that have the potential to grow into skilled workers
o Manage progression and coordination throughout the recruitment process
o Produce highly accurate summary reports with candidate’s data
