Responsibilities
o Recruiting candidates within a timeframe for continued business productivity
o Advertising job availability through online channels and other media
o Browsing social networking sites like LinkedIn for suitable job profiles with required skills
o Networking with industry professionals and employment agencies who may know suitable candidates
o Perform candidate sourcing, phone screening, and shortlist candidate profiles that match with requirements
o Performing other assessments of job candidates' skills, such as by giving a written testมPractical test etc.
o Recruiting internship that have the potential to grow into skilled workers
o Manage progression and coordination throughout the recruitment process
o Produce highly accurate summary reports with candidate’s data
Qualification
o Female or Male, Age not over than 35 years old
o Bachelor’s Degree in any field
o At least 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources function, preferable from Recruitment
o Good communication skills in both Thai and English (TOEIC score > 500)
o Very familiar with Microsoft and web application
o Alert, aggressive and willing to work hard
o Service-minded with strong analytical skills
o Good personality and a team player
o Interpersonal and negotiation skills
