Senior Tax Specialist - Verdant Alpha (Thailand) Limited

• Lead and oversee the review and statutory filing of all relevant taxes (CIT, VAT, WHT and Stamp Duty)
• Review tax computations, monthly and annual reconciliations, and all supporting documents
• Monitor new tax regulations and assess impacts on compliance processes to ensure compliance with Thai tax laws and internal requirements
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (including the Revenue Department, auditors, and advisors) to ensure tax compliance and filings

Tax Advisory & Improvement Projects

• Provide tax advisory and tax impact analysis across business transactions, commercial contracts, operational matters, and cross-functional issues
• Lead or support special tax projects such as tax audits, tax certainty and new tax initiatives
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors on complex tax matters and ad-hoc advisory engagements

• Drive continuous improvement of tax filing processes and internal workflows—including VAT/WHT/CIT procedures, documentation standards, reconciliations, and automation initiatives—to enhance efficiency and reduce tax risks

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in taxation, including hands-on work in tax compliance and advisory
• Strong technical knowledge with proven experience in tax compliance, tax advisory, and process improvement
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrates a proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to continuous development and professional growth
• Good command of English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
