Clinic Branch Manager - บจก.พีระมาศ

• Plan sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and drive team targets across Anti-Aging, Wellness, Aesthetic Treatment, and other health-related programs.

• Supervise the Reception team, medical assistants, admin staff, and branch employees to ensure professional customer service.

• Monitor service quality and ensure an excellent customer experience before, during, and after treatments.

• Provide basic information and guidance on clinic services, such as skin care programs, lifting treatments, wellness programs, health restoration, and anti-aging services, in line with company guidelines.

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses/medical assistants, management, marketing, and other related departments to ensure smooth branch operations.

• Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of treatment rooms, medical equipment, supplies, and basic stock in accordance with clinic standards.

• Follow up on customer satisfaction, handle immediate issues, and manage customer complaints appropriately.

• Prepare sales reports, issue reports, customer feedback summaries, and branch performance reports.

• Train, guide, and develop team members to understand clinic services, treatment programs, and service standards for Anti-Aging, Wellness & Aesthetics customers.

• Maintain the clinic’s image, cleanliness, organization, and overall service standards to align with a premium brand positioning.

บริหารจัดการภาพรวมของสาขา ทั้งด้านยอดขาย การบริการ ทีมงาน ระบบงานภายในคลินิก และความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า เพื่อให้สาขาดำเนินงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท

• ดูแลและบริหารงานประจำวันภายในสาขาให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของคลินิกเวชศาสตร์ชะลอวัย Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic

• วางแผนยอดขาย ติดตามผลการขาย และผลักดันเป้าหมายของทีม ทั้งบริการด้าน Anti-Aging, Wellness, Aesthetic Treatment และโปรแกรมสุขภาพต่าง ๆ

• ดูแลทีม Reception, ผู้ช่วยแพทย์, Admin และพนักงานในสาขา ให้สามารถให้บริการลูกค้าได้อย่างมืออาชีพ

• ตรวจสอบคุณภาพการบริการ และดูแลประสบการณ์ของลูกค้าให้ได้รับความประทับใจตั้งแต่ก่อนเข้ารับบริการ ระหว่างบริการ และหลังบริการ

• ให้คำแนะนำเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับบริการของคลินิก เช่น โปรแกรมดูแลผิว ยกกระชับ ฟื้นฟูสุขภาพ ชะลอวัย และ Wellness Program ตามแนวทางที่บริษัทกำหนด

• ประสานงานกับแพทย์ ทีมพยาบาล/ผู้ช่วยแพทย์ ฝ่ายบริหาร ฝ่ายการตลาด และฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานของสาขาเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น

• ควบคุมความเรียบร้อยของคลินิก ห้องบริการ เครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ เวชภัณฑ์ และสต็อกเบื้องต้น ให้พร้อมใช้งานและถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน

• ติดตามความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และดูแลข้อร้องเรียนอย่างเหมาะสม

• สรุปรายงานยอดขาย รายงานปัญหา Feedback ลูกค้า และผลการดำเนินงานของสาขา

• เทรน แนะนำ และพัฒนาทีมให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในงานบริการ โปรแกรมของคลินิก และมาตรฐานการดูแลลูกค้ากลุ่ม Anti-Aging, Wellness และ Aesthetics

• ดูแลภาพลักษณ์ของคลินิก ความสะอาด ความเป็นระเบียบ และมาตรฐานการบริการโดยรวมให้สอดคล้องกับแบรนด์ระดับพรีเมียม

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Experience in team management, branch management, or customer service.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to solve problems effectively.

• Good communication, coordination, and people management skills.

• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.

• Experience in an aesthetics clinic, wellness clinic, healthcare clinic, or Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic will be an advantage.

• Ability to communicate in English will be an advantage.

• มีภาวะผู้นำ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี

• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการบริหารคน

• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ละเอียดรอบคอบ และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้

• หากมีประสบการณ์ในคลินิกความงาม คลินิกสุขภาพ หรือ Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
