Responsibilities
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting on-site
- Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings and can use AutoCAD
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Provide technical support and consultation regarding Smart Home systems and devices
- Plan and monitor project schedules and progress
- Handle after-sales service, maintenance, and technical issue resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
- Experience in Home Automation, Smart Home, or Building Automation systems is preferred
- Ability to read electrical drawings and use AutoCAD
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electrical and automation systems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Able to travel and work on-site when required
- Able to drive a car and ride a motorcycle
- Fresh graduates are welcome
