Production Engineer - บริษัท เนกซ์เทียร์ จำกัด

• To cover site Installation.
• Able to work in shift rotation. (by case)
  
• To plan manpower/ Machine/ equipment versus WIP to achieve capacity response.
• To supervise, directing and motivating his subordinators to practice and follow per company's policies regulations,
• rule and safety activity.
• To setup goal to all subordinators in term of quality objective and follow up to monitor for goal achievement.
• To analyze daily performance in term of output, inventory, lot on hold, yield and quality accident and take prompt action to overcome the problem by coordinate with all supporting groups.
• To continue to develop subordinators skill, know-how, attitude and moral including working competency through group meeting/ train/ review and effective communication. 

Female

• Bachelor of any fields, degree in Science or Engineering would be advantage.
• 1 – 5 years working experiences in Manufacturing industry.
  
• Experience as a production supervisor is preferred.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Result-oriented with sense of ownership.
• Work 5 days/week and able to work rotating shift schedule and work under pressure to meet deadline.
• Proficient in MS Office and good command of English.
