Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Production, Sales, and Customer Service) to ensure effective support and response to customer needs.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly across the organization.
- Provide technical support to customers, including product guidance, basic testing, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in technical meetings and follow up on product development progress with relevant teams.
- Prepare technical reports and summaries of product performance or test results.
- Support on-site product trials or customer visits when necessary.
- Assist the sales team with technical presentations or discussions to support business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Science, or Chemical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in Technical Service, R&D, or a related technical field.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work well across departments.
- Good analytical thinking and basic problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
- Willing to travel occasionally for customer support or technical visits.
- Good English communication skills, especially in reading/writing technical emails and documents.
