Safety officer (Based in Rayong) - บริษัท ทีพีไอ โพลีน จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Inspect safety conditions according to work permits, safety regulations.
• Workplace environmental monitoring
• Monitoring and inspection work in maintenance job/subcontractor.
• Conduct and summarize safety inspection/observation and process safety improvement programs to build safe behaviors and awareness.
• Support and coordinate with relevant functions to ensure safe operations, maintenance, and installations activities Promote safety culture by conduct safety activities to enhance associates’ knowledge and awareness.
• Evaluates hazardous conditions and recommends engineering controls, administrative controls, and/or personal protective equipment.
• Monitor and maintain plant emergency preparedness and response activities.
• Support and comply with Safety Management System and regulatory compliance.
• Prepared work schedules and coordinates implementation of the mechanical projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational health and safety officer or related EHS officer in chemical plants.
• Experience in Process Safety Management, Process Hazard Analysis, safety HAZOP, firefighting, emergency response
• Knowledge in ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001 & OHSAS 18001 are required with manufacturing background
• Good understanding of safety & environmental standards, Thai EHS laws
• Hold professional safety officer license and hazardous material controller licenses
• Good interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities, team player, and strong communicator
• Good computer skills in program Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
