Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor the progress of accessory parts development across all stages to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Proactively plan accessory part line-ups for each motorcycle model to meet customer expectations in terms of design, quality, and cost, while ensuring timely production before the model's launch.
- Collaborate with the parent company to co-develop accessory parts for export markets, ensuring alignment with regional requirements.
- Conduct market surveys on motorcycle accessories, including trends, pricing, distribution channels, and competitor analysis.
- Plan sales targets and promotional strategies for accessory parts to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in product planning, automotive parts, or accessories development.
- Strong English communication skills (TOEIC score of 600 or above preferred).
- Good knowledge and understanding of motorcycles and their accessory parts.
