Responsibilities
Procurement and supply chain Management.
-PO Planning & Forecast including IOC
-Supplier management
-PO delivery follow up
-Cost control (Logistic Cost/ Parts Cost)
-Parts claim & discrepancy
-Substance control
-Inventory Control
Control stock amount & MOS by usage
-Analyze PO planning & Actual demand
-Excess stock analysis & Countermeasure
-OPC& Scrap
Import & Export
-Import customs clearance/HS code preparation
-Receiving planning
-Provide due date estimation
-Customs compliance
-Export allocation & booking arrangement
-Export sales order management
SCM Planning and global coordination
-SCM improvement in term of GIM Align YMC policy
-Cooperate with other affiliates for global activities
-Be a part of DLR SCM management
-External Performance Monitor and stockholders' engagement
Perform monitoring
-Regular meeting with stakeholders such as Yamaha affiliates, Procurement team etc.
-Other job (Marketing activity support such as parts conference etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics, International Business or related field.
- Minimum 0-1 year experience in Import & Export or shipping.
- Proficiency in English with TOEIC score minimum 600.
- Strong understand aftersales business especially Parts aspect, ability to solve SCM limitation in order to meet highest customers satisfaction and achieve company goal.
