Responsibilities
- Receive new model information and conduct on-site (GEMBA) reviews of current processes.
- Design new model processes to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
- Prepare standard documents for new model preparation and mass production control.
- Ensure process capability is achieved before mass production.
- Plan budgets for new process preparation.
- Prepare and propose budget plans to the Supervisor for approval.
- Ensure budget accuracy and cost control as planned.
- Identify and resolve process problems during new model preparation or mass production.
- Analyze and eliminate issues related to parts or products.
- Ensure production processes achieve required safety, quality, productivity, cost, and capability levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any field), fresh graduates are welcome.
- Able to use Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Interested of motorcycle manufacturing or general manufacturing processes.
- Good command of written and spoken English with TOEIC score minimum 600.
