Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute service campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and manage dealer incentives.
- Analyze performance to improve future campaigns.
- Plan, procure, and promote service tools.
- Coordinate tool sales, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Analyze tool data to improve planning.
- Improve service systems with IT support.
- Support ISO and Green Service projects.
- Analyze data to improve efficiency and control budgets.
- Conduct after-sales service surveys.
- Coordinate survey design and analyze results
- Prepare service communications and pricing info.
- Share updates via dealers system.
- Coordinate service tool training with suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Interested and passionate in motorcycle or automotive business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong presentation, communication,interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Able to learn and apply Yamaha Global Standards.
- Good English proficiency with minimum TOEIC score of 600.
