1.Develop service processes in dealer shops to ensure profitability and consistently meet customer needs

2.Deliver maximum customer satisfaction through the expertise of service technicians and effective customer database management

3.Improve product quality based on real user vehicle data

4.Support the creation of a brand image that positions the company at the forefront of the automotive industry

1.Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Automotive or other related fields. ( have knowledge in Automation and Machine)

2.Proficiency in MS office or analytic tools.

3.Good command of English. (TOEIC score of 600 or above)

4.Able to attend an onsite interview at TYM.

5.Able to travel upcountry.
