Responsibilities
- Machine Maintenance & Repair Analyze machine data and problems, Identify root cause, set corrective action or improvement plan. Evaluate the installation and repair collect information and report to manager.
- Maintenance Project and Budget Gain Understanding of annual plan, create the monthly plan and budget. Brief and negotiate with suppliers on project scope and recommend suppliers for the manage approval.
- Control project & budget follow as budget plan.
- Utility Management plan Analyze machine installation plan, calculate loads and requirements for utility (with makers and manager) in order to ensure stable utility supply.
- Emergency Project (Electric, Air compressor) Analyze problems, identify root cause, and propose solution for manager approval. Set up project plan, implement, and evaluate the project.
- Fundamental Provide advices to leader and operator in assigned activity and control to follow the activity plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 2 years of work experience in maintenance
- Good Command of English TOEIC 600
- Knowledgeable of Hydraulic, Pneumatic System, Electrical and control system, Electricaldiagram and writing, and PLC program. Having project management skill.
