Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop plans to implement changes.
Design, implement, and maintain process control systems to improve efficiency and quality.
Perform process simulations and modeling to evaluate process performance and identify potential issues.
Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process validation protocols to ensure consistent product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Train operators and technicians on new and existing processes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
Experience with process control systems, statistical process control, and data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
