 About the Role

Join Media Intelligence Group as a Communication Strategist – Manager. In this role, you will be a key driver in executing high-performing media strategies and managing daily account operations. You will act as the central hub between clients and our specialized internal teams, ensuring that media plans are executed with precision, data-driven insights, and commercial integrity to deliver sustainable business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Strategic Media Planning & Execution
  • Execute Integrated Strategy: Translate client business objectives into detailed and effective media plans across both traditional and digital platforms.
  • Digital Implementation: Master the planning and optimization of digital ecosystems, including Google Ads (SEM/SEO), Facebook Ads, TikTok, Line, and Programmatic media.
  • Tactical Selection: Select and apply the best media tools and tactics to ensure all client KPIs and campaign objectives are met.
  • Innovation Adoption: Assist in integrating new industry trends and AI tools into the day-to-day planning process.
2. Business Management & Revenue Integrity
  • Billing Accuracy: Support revenue goals by meticulously tracking media plan changes, PO status, and all essential documentation to minimize errors and delays.
  • Revenue Quality: Oversee campaign spending and performance records to ensure transparency and commercial efficiency.
  • Commercial Support: Handle day-to-day financial operations with clients and partners, ensuring all implementations align with approved proposals.
3. Data & Performance Coordination
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign results and prepare comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations for clients.
  • AI Utilization: Use available AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency in reporting and media tracking.
  • Insight Generation: Assist the Senior Manager in gathering data and insights to support high-level client decision-making.
4. Collaborative Excellence
  • Cross-Functional Hub: Communicate and orchestrate between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for daily client needs, providing professional service and timely solutions.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For


  1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital media planning, preferably in an agency environment.
  2. Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of online media planning, implementation, and optimization. Proficiency in audience analysis and media research tools.
  3. Analytical Thinking: Strong quantitative and fact-based approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  4. Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with a strong service-oriented mindset.
  5. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Being certified on key digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) is highly preferred.
  6. Integrity: High responsibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to transparency in financial/billing tasks.
