Responsibilities
Main Responsibility
•Arrange sales ordering by monitoring and ensure available stock supplement.
• Record payments and credits, settling invoices in the company system and matching
payments with invoices and records to the accounting department.
• Prepare collection schedule, invoices, statements, and receipts for Sales agent and our
customers.
• Update delay payments and sharing to superior and related persons.
• Manage the documents that relate to the work, be able to multi-task.
• Support customers and serve them for their requirements as needed.
• Provide and manage the database of customers.
• Create and maintain Good Relationship with both internal and external customers.
• Respond to the requirement and any complaint from both internal and external customers (if
any).
• Report all sales data such as daily sales, monthly sales, annual sales information to
superior as needed.
• Be able to work well under pressure with a resilience mindset.
• Salesforce and SAP experienced skills are preferable.
Additional Responsibility
• Always study & learn about Sales, especially on Wholesalers and Cockpit Franchise, normal
dealers.
• Work well with relevant teams such as corporate supply planning team, Logistics, Accounting or
Claim team, etc.
• Perform other tasks as assigned from the superiors.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Experience in Sales Admin field for 1 – 2 years
• General knowledge : English, Computer Literacy, Office Literacy, etc.
• Technical Knowledge: Sales and marketing, Economic, Financial. Tech Savvy is a must.
• SKILL: Documentary Skill, Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill, Work well under pressure
