1. Design and Building  Technical Engineer

    •  Inspect and evaluate the working methods, machinery, and equipment for molding tire in order to specify the process, type, and standard for molding tires.

    •  Prepare the process, type, and standard for molding tires, along with manufacturing the equipment for molding tire to be relevant with experimental results, according to work instruction in order to conform to the specified production plan.

    •  Improve the working procedure, machinery, and equipment for molding tires to increase efficacy.

    •  Keep updated with the new product trends – new tire size – to adapt the knowledge for developing tires molding tools.

    •  Analyze and solve daily issues in tires molding production process and equipment to minimize the problem.

    •  Examine and evaluate the machine or tire molding material and summarize the result to supervisors to ask the approval for any improvements and installations.

    •  Prepare daily issues report and other processes that are relevant to tire molding process.

    •  Follow up and in charge of the tire molding production to align according to process and specified standard.

    •  Always develop knowledge, skill, and ability in terms of academic and technical operation by joining the training course, reviewing the media press that related to automotive industry, and strengthen relationships in industry networks that are relevant for both individual and company.

    •  Control the energy consumption in assigned task to be efficient and energy saving.                                                                        •  Inspect the problematic materials that are not relevant to the specified criteria.

    •  Prepare the report about ISO and constantly improve the system.

    •  Analyze and find solutions to minimize the problem regarding claimed tire, examined tires, and OEM tires. 

    •  Always improve the working procedure by researching new knowledge and apply to the advanced technology. 

2. Uniformity Technical Engineer

    (1) Uniformity Quality Improvement                                                                                                                                                                • Develop and execute improvement plans to enhance tire Uniformity performance.

          •  Monitor and control factors affecting tire Uniformity quality.

          •  Analyze quality issues, implement corrective actions, and report improvement results to management.

    (2) Process & Production Specification Control

          • Review and establish machine accuracy standards, material standards, and production specifications.

          • Improve manufacturing processes to ensure alignment with operational requirements and quality standards.

          • Evaluate process performance and recommend improvements.

     (3) Defect Reduction & Problem Solving

           • Lead and coordinate defect reduction activities related to tire Uniformity.

           • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.

           • Participate in Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) to solve quality issues and prevent recurrence.

     (4) Equipment & Machine Validation

           • Coordinate new equipment installation and machine modification projects with related departments.

           • Evaluate machine performance and capability after installation or improvement.

           • Prepare testing results and recommendations for management approval.

      (5) Quality & Standard Management 

            • Review and control the use of non-conforming materials based on quality requirements.

            • Develop, review, and continuously improve operational standards and procedures.

            • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental management systems.
