Responsibilities
Industry: FMCG/ Manufacturing
Basic Salary Range: 250K +++
Job Description:
- Lead the outbound supply chain and ensure the goods are delivered on time in full, according to the law and regulations with effective and efficient manner
- Develop the transport strategy for consumer products fleet as to serve the needs of present and future distribution requirements of company distribution network
- Collaborate with Commercial team, stores and SCM team for smooth operation
- Manage sub-contractors concerning the fleet and route planning
- 3PL management strategy
- Fleet sourcing for cost saving and operation improvement benefits
- Transport planning and lead implementation and operation of a transport management system to drive efficiency and effectiveness of transport operations
- Solve problems concerning transportation and logistics system
- Ensure work processes are complied with legal requirement
- Logistics process improvement plans
Qualifications
- Male or Female
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration/ Logistics Management/ Supply Chain Management and other related fields
- Minimum of 8 years ‘experience in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management
- Good people skill management
- Good command of English
