Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain software applications to support business functions across departments.

● Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

● Design and implement data pipelines and integrations using ETL/ELT tools to ensure smooth and accurate data flow.

● Integrate new applications with legacy systems and third-party platforms to ensure system compatibility and efficiency.

● Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with internal teams or vendors for resolution.

● Provide technical support to end-users, addressing software-related issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

● Provide user support, including training, documentation, and prompt resolution of software-related issues.

● Participate in cross-functional projects to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for IT-driven improvements.

● Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

● 1–3 years of experience in related roles

● Proficient in C++, C#, VB.NET, or Python

● Solid knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts

● Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, SSIS) is a plus

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Skilled in troubleshooting, user support, and training

● Experience in designing scalable, future-ready systems

● Familiar with ERP systems and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

● Able to navigate complex system integrations and adapt to rapid tech changes

● Strong communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

● Collaborative mindset with ability to align IT solutions with business goals

● Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability
