Process Engineering Section Manager - V.S. Group

• Oversee the performance of employees in the Process Engineering department to ensure continuous improvement and development in terms of cost, quality, and production efficiency, in order to achieve the organization’s objectives.
• Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and problem-solving in production processes, including the utilization of new raw materials and the development of new products in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Provide consultation, analyze root causes, and define corrective and preventive actions to address issues arising in the production process.
• Provide guidance and review problem analysis related to production processes in order to minimize product quality deviations.
• Supervise and monitor project implementation in collaboration with relevant departments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, maintain safety standards, and ensure that projects are completed according to the planned timeline, quality standards, and budget in order to achieve the intended objectives.
• Promoting and supporting employees to perform their duties in accordance with the organization's core values, work regulations, and policies related to quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental standards.
• Supervise, monitor, and evaluate the performance of subordinates regularly to encourage motivation and continuous development.
• Promote and strictly comply with policies, manuals, and procedures related to quality, safety, occupational health, environmental management, and PEFC standards.
• Promote and strictly adhere to the organization’s core values, work regulations, and official announcements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Candidates with experience in Chemical Process Engineering will be given special consideration.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in CAD, Minitab, and Microsoft Project
