Responsibilities
Execute production based on the plan received from the planning department and ensure adherence to the schedule.
Conduct weekly meetings with subordinates to assign tasks.
Develop production policies and strategies to achieve the company’s goals (KPIs).
Organize an annual training course to improve production knowledge and technical skills.
Analyze and continuously improve production processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, presenting KPI performance quarterly.
Provide guidance and support in implementing company policies and activities.
Serve as a safety committee member and attend monthly meetings to set and monitor action plans.
Participate in the company’s TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) committee and attend biweekly meetings to set and monitor action plans.
Attend weekly executive meetings to understand policies and address various issues.
Adhere to quality system protocols, including food safety regulations.
Comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Work under the management systems of ISO 9001 / BRC / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / Halal, and other standards.
Understand and remain vigilant regarding pest control and monitoring within the company.
Communicate essential information to subordinates to ensure they understand the policies and quality system regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mold Engineering, or Production Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the production field.
Proficiency in English communication.
Strong leadership qualities.
