หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Lead or support the investigation of security incidents (malware, phishing, unauthorized access, etc.).
Implement and Consult security solutions using various technologies and best practices.
Manage issue management activities and closely monitor remediation plans to ensure prompt resolution.
Stay updated on emerging cyber security trends and technologies.
Provide continuous support to customers after the implementation of security solutions, Educate customers on best practices in cyber security, helping them understand the importance of maintaining a secure environment.
Generate and present reports on threats, trends, and tool performance to stakeholders.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science,IT or related field.
Knowledgeable in System, Network, Security and Cloud Technology.
Able to maintain a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem solving.
Good command in English with great negotiation skill, and presentation skill.
Big plus for any Cybersecure Certificate e.g.
Experience in IT at least 7 years.
