Responsibilities

Job Summary
To formulate strategical plan and execute among cross-functional teams with both internal and external parties for products supply chain involving raw materials, production facilities and distribution to ensure the overall optimization between cost to serve and reliability during both normal and emergency situations.
Principal Accountabilities
1. To suggest the solution of operation planning for the best cost to serve.
2. Recommend the best scenario for short tern production / loading plan by co-ordinate with commercial and operation supply chain to ensure supply reliability and cost competitiveness.
3. Manage crisis during demand fluctuate from plan or any breakdown from operation supply chain.
4. Drive improvement project via productivity for cost saving, ratability or improve speed of work process.
5. Simulate multiple scenarios to seek for most optimum alternative with sensitivity analysis accommodating any deviations to ensure the level of overall BIG reliability.
6. Plan and execute production plan and loading plan to serve required demands with lowest cost across the entire chains.
7. Facilitate and support cross functional team on business deal, asset utilization and/or productivity project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering/ Management Science or related fields
• 7-10 years working experience in industrial gas, Utility & Power and/or supply chain management is preferable
• Good command in English
• Computer skills / MS Office/ MS Power BI
• Have leadership, communication skill, and optimization mind set
