Responsibilities
• Ensures all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
• Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Conducts initial interviews, facilitates, and discusses job offers.
• Searches workforce market and identifies suitable recruitment channel for company.
• Leads the development of engagement strategies for the BIG Engagement and Inclusion Strategy; executes on those assigned and supports others as needed. Builds infrastructure and provides governance recommendations needed.
• Analyzes survey results to develop targeted resources and tools for HR Partners, leaders and managers to build engagement competencies with corresponding accountability
• Leads execution of Top workplace award programs, external surveys, on boarding & assimilation, on boarding, employee and exit surveys. Serves as key project team member on employment branding initiatives.
• Serves as consultant to affiliates, divisions, line of business leaders and engagement champions on engagement initiatives.
• Oversees exit and on boarding survey escalation process to mitigate risk and ensure effective and timely resolution.
• Responsible for monitoring team compliance with EH&S standards, identifying risks in daily operations, and coordinating incident response and corrective actions. Supervisors must communicate EH&S expectations clearly and promote safety through guidance and example.
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in HRM or related fields
• Experience in field of Recrutiment at least 7 years
• Good command of English both writing and speaking
• Computer Skills: Ms Windows, Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms powerpoint, Office 365
• Have high flexibility in working
