Responsibilities
• Support market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Assist in gathering and analyzing customer requirements, and translate them into basic business insights
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and internal documents for management review
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to support project execution
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Assist in developing cost estimates, pricing structures, and basic financial evaluations
• Support contract preparation and documentation processes under supervision
• Participate in meetings with customers and support communication and follow-up activities
• Assist in the preparation of reports for customer invoicing and operational performance tracking
• Support problem-solving activities during project development and execution phases
• Maintain accurate records of project information, customer data, and business documentation
• Continuously learn company products, services, and industry knowledge to effectively support business activities
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields
• At least 2 years experience; candidates with internship experience will be an advantage
• Max age 27 years old
• Strong interest in business development, commercial roles, or industrial business
• Good command of English (both written and spoken); TOEIC score of 550+ is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and business analysis is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
