Responsibilities
• To proactively initiate, explore, study, and develop the business opportunities from industrial gas related applications and technologies including, but not limited to, APCI or others’ technology for gaining more business values as well as improving customer / prospect process.
• To develop effective technical solution as well as to support business solution and proposal development including customer presentations, value proposition development, and participation in technical-commercial discussions to secure new business.
• To explore, study, and follow up the market trends including customer needs, competitor positioning, and emerging application opportunities to support business acquisitions.
• To effectively coordinate with cross-functional team for trial, installation, modification and maintenance for application project execution to achieve its desired targets or objectives.
• To build and maintain strong relationships with key application customers and prospects, acting as a trusted technical advisor to support customer decision-making and long-term partnership development.
• Responsible for monitoring team compliance with EH&S standards, identifying risks in daily operations, and coordinating incident response and corrective actions. Supervisors must communicate EH&S expectations clearly and promote safety through guidance and example.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Master’s Degree (MBA, M.Eng. or equivalent) is a plus
- Background in industrial gas, process engineering, energy systems, hydrogen, or climate-related technologies is preferred
- At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, industrial gas, energy, or chemical industries
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
