Responsibilities
• Maintain and control fixed assets records in compliance with accounting standards
• Process asset capitalization, depreciation, transfer, and disposal transactions
• Perform physical asset verification and reconcile discrepancies
• Prepare fixed assets schedules and supporting documents for monthly and yearly closing
• Coordinate with internal departments and auditors regarding fixed assets matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
• Record and review journal vouchers (JV) related to fixed assets and general ledger transactions
• Handle accounts payable (AP) transactions related to fixed assets, including invoice verification and clearing
• Coordinate with AP team and other departments to ensure accurate and timely postings
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Fixed Assets or General Ledger accounting
• Strong hands-on experience in asset capitalization, depreciation, disposal, and physical asset verification.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI-AA is preferred.
• Good ability to use the SAP system module FI .
• Good command of English
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of accounting standards related to fixed assets
