Responsibilities

Job Summary

Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations to ensure system stability, availability, and security.

This role will work closely with the Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Lead to support daily operations, security monitoring, and security initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Infrastructure Management

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers (AD, DHCP, RDS and DNS), network, firewall, and cloud environments

• Support DMZ network design, implementation, and maintenance

• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

• Support system upgrades, patching, and infrastructure improvements

• Ensure system availability and business continuity

🔹 Cybersecurity Operations

• Monitor and analyze security alerts using tools such as Delinea, SIEM and EDR/XDR

• Investigate security incidents and escalate critical issues appropriately

• Support implementation and maintenance of security controls (endpoint, firewall)

• Assist in log monitoring, correlation, and threat detection activities

🔹 Vulnerability & Patch Management

• Perform vulnerability scanning and follow up on remediation activities

• Plan and execute patching for Windows/Linux servers and infrastructure systems

• Ensure systems are up to date with security patches and best practices

🔹 Compliance, Audit & Security Awareness

• Support IT audit activities, including preparing evidence and tracking remediation

• Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity requirements

• Assist in organizing and delivering cybersecurity awareness training for all users.

• Help promote security best practices across the organization

• Support cybersecurity and infrastructure-related projects

🔹 User & Technical Support

• Provide technical support for infrastructure

• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis

• Support incident response and assist during major incidents

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field

• 5–7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and/or Cybersecurity

• Windows / Linux Server

• Networking & Firewall (including DMZ concepts)

• Security tools (SIEM, EDR/XDR, or similar)

• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure or Private cloud)

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Good understanding of network security, system hardening, and threat monitoring

• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks

• Experience working with vendors and external partners

• Good communication skills (Thai & English)

Relevant skills with will be preferred (Nice to have)

• Experience with SIEM log analysis and incident investigation

• Experience implementing DMZ or network segmentation

• Experience with security awareness training or user education

• Familiarity with IT audit / compliance requirements

• Experience with tools such as Cortex XDR, WAF, or email security platforms
