Responsibilities

Principle Accountability:
  • Perform and strong in HR of Labor laws, Employee relations, lead for disciplinary investigation.
  • Provides guidance, HR Policies, company rule & regulation and labor law and conduct the investigation issues.
  • Acts as a single point of contact for HRBP functional area with Line Managers regarding recruitment topics, conducts job interview, interview appointment, screening interview and selection process, pre-employment medical checkup, orientation & onboarding process and record /update all data related to recruitment activities
  • To develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
  • To responsible for ISO standard requirements related to recruitment in order to ensure the sufficient workforce for the plant operation, effectiveness of staff selection and compliance with the approved manning plan, employee hiring policies and ISO procedure
  • Collaborates with HR Team and all concerned functions to organize Plant activities/employees engagement/motivation and recognition programs
  • Reports any employees’ feedback, issues or unsatisfactory which may lead to labour issues to the management.
  • Builds up employees’ positive attitude and work motivation using various HR tools in order to establish positive working environment.
  • Administer employee benefits claims such as medical claim, health insurance, social security benefit, provident fund, flex benefits, uniforms, yearly medical health checkup
  • Initiate, actively drive and support in engagement program, prepare the short, mid and long-term plans for all HR activities
  • Support in all other ad-hoc HR projects/ events when assigned or appointed.

Qualifications

Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource or any related field.
  • 5 years of work experiences in ER fields.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Good working knowledge in all functions of HRD, HRM and Thai labor law.
  • Service minded, result-oriented with “Can Do” attitude.
  • Good command of both spoken & written English
  • Experienced in dealing with all functions in Human Resource Department.
  • Good computer literacy and demonstrable expertise with MS Office including Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook.
