เจ้าหน้าที่เบิกจ่ายเงินกู้และติดตามการชำระหนี้ - ธนาคารกรุงศรีอยุธยา จำกัด (มหาชน)

Job Description & Responsibilities:

1. Key operator for baht loan or foreign Currency loan disbursement and settlement.

2. Control the safekeeping of daily, weekly and monthly report of pending and Loan Agreement

3. Reconcile loan instruction with our booking in OVS at the end of day

4. Filing P/N with loan report, copy expired P/N

5. Deliver expired P/N to customers by mail or CDU (for CDU Card Customers)

6. Checking statement of S/P and S/R accounts

7. Check and control OP2 for transient account and overdrawn accounts list at the end of day.

8. Be responsible for controlling daily unprocessed document

9. Be as a FX-position keeper of loan transactions

10. Checking conditions of L-T loan based on the control sheet of L-T Loan

11. Provide daily, monthly report to Bank of Thailand through DMS (FI, FM, Data sets and fast report)

12. Claim W/H tax compensation of syndicated loan to agent

13. Monitoring P/N and loan agreement pending items

14. Control Due date of Principle/Interest or any fee collection.

15. Making transaction proof list and control the safekeeping of daily, weekly and monthly report of pending and Loan Agreement
