Responsibilities
-Design production layouts with the purpose of increasing productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Develop, test, release a visualizations reports of yield, scrap, traceability, losses, and additional functionalities.
- Train user to understanding and use a visualization report and how to key the entry data on shop floor.
- Report and yield to team the activities on daily basis the setting goals and target.
- Report data analysis of main defect, main product, main process to all team.
- Coordinate and drive team member to the correct direction to improve yield, reduce rework, reduce reject by executing and follow up action plan from all each related person in representative area.
- Involve in problem structure solving activity related to customer complaint due to defects.
Qualifications
-Bachelor in Industrial Engineer or related field.
-Experience 3 years in Industrial Engineer and project management and at least 3 years in electronics manufacturing.
-Understanding of create and maintain master data in SAP, and/or MES.
-Layout planning and execution.
