Responsibilities
Location: Samnak Thong, Mueang Rayong
Salary: 55,000 – 75,000 THB
Working Days: 6 days/week at a plant setup
Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality testing of CBFS, oils, and carbon black according to plant standards.
• Use advanced equipment for accurate results and report findings meticulously.
• Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues.
• Perform lab work, including equipment calibration, with a focus on cost reduction and ISO 17025 compliance.
• Maintain a clean lab environment as per testing requirements and ensure 5S/Quality Circle practices.
• Manage quality checks and ensure materials meet customer specifications and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with global safety standards and conduct safety training.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• 3-6 years’ experience in Quality Control, with carbon black testing knowledge.
• Skilled in preparing and circulating lab reports.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel expertise) and statistical tools.
• Experience in equipment handling and maintenance.
