Responsibilities
• Perform installation, adjustment, and repair of machinery and equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems and provide timely technical support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure service satisfaction.
• Provide technical training and guidance to customers regarding machine operation.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate service documentation.
• Travel to customer sites (both local and upcountry) as required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in machine installation, adjustment, and maintenance.
• Experience in the FMCG or Food Manufacturing industries is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Good communication skills with a service-minded attitude.
• Able to communicate in English (both written and spoken).
• Own a personal car and hold a valid driving license.
• Able to travel upcountry and work under pressure when required.
