Job Introduction:

Safety and compliance are at the heart of our client new plant's operations. We are looking for an experienced Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Manager to lead the development of a world-class safety culture at our new Chonburi site. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our facility not only meets all legal environmental and labor requirements but also leads the way in ethical trade and sustainability. If you are a proactive HSE professional with a strong background in industrial safety and environmental auditing, this is an opportunity to shape the safety standards of a major new facility.

Job Responsibilities:

• HSE Leadership: Direct the development and implementation of occupational health, safety, and environmental protection programs.
• Legal Compliance: Monitor operations to ensure 100% adherence to all national safety and environmental legislation.
• Workplace Safety Culture: Foster a secure working environment that prevents accidents and minimizes operational risks.

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Professional Standing: At least 8 years of experience in a leadership role within the safety and environmental domain.
• Regulatory Expertise: In-depth understanding of the specific legal frameworks governing industrial safety and the environment.
• Sustainability & Ethics: Familiarity with Corporate Carbon Footprint reporting and the SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) framework for labor and safety.
• Standard Certifications: Working knowledge of ISO, HACCP, and GMP management systems.
