• Plan, control, and supervise daily operations of the wastewater treatment system to ensure efficient and continuous performance.

• Monitor and control treatment processes (e.g., biological, chemical, and physical systems) to meet discharge standards and regulatory requirements.

• Analyze wastewater parameters (e.g., pH, COD, BOD, TSS) and adjust system operations to achieve target performance.

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of wastewater treatment equipment, machines, and utilities.

• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

• Prepare and maintain operational records, reports, and logs related to system performance and compliance.

• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company standards.

• Implement and follow SOPs, safety procedures, and environmental management practices.

• Control chemical usage, energy consumption, and operational costs efficiently.

• Train and supervise operators/technicians to ensure proper system operation and safety practices.

• Identify opportunities for system improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization.
