Responsibilities
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) for machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation systems to ensure smooth production operations
• Support production lines by minimizing machine downtime and improving operational efficiency
• Conduct daily machine inspections and maintain maintenance records accurately
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams regarding maintenance activities and machine issues
• Control and manage spare parts usage, including inventory monitoring and stock records
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EHS and workplace safety standards
• Support installation, setup, and testing of new machinery and equipment
• Prepare maintenance reports and related technical documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
• High school diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of PLC systems, automation systems, or electrical systems will be an advantage
• Ability to read machine drawings, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics
• Able to communicate in Chinese for daily work operations
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
