Responsibilities
Location: Bowin, Si Racha, Chon Buri
Salary: 120,000 – 160,000 THB
Working Days: 6 Days per week
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the end-to-end production process and electronics assembly to consistently achieve Quality, Delivery, and Inventory (QDI) targets.
• Manage production scheduling and budget allocation to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Uphold ISO 9001 standards and implement robust quality control procedures.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing principles (One Piece Flow, Standard WIP, 5S) and conduct regular "Genba Walks" to audit safety and visual controls.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Production Management, preferably within the Electronics, HDD, Semiconductor, or Power Tool industries.
• Proven track record of success within an international business environment.
• Strong expertise in electronics assembly, Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001, and RCA methodologies.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Proficiency in English or Mandarin is required.
